1 note
there’s a place inside your mind where you keep your deepest secrets… you keep that place hidden in fear of being judged or rejected. but, when you discover someone you can open up to and share that piece of yourself with, you feel the sensation of both exhilaration and vulnerability. i think there’s a contagious magic about seeing right through someone’s soul. i’ve always been propelled by the certainty of absolute truth; raw, vibrant, and unrestrained. vulnerability is beautiful. honesty is sexy… this is the tapestry of my unrelenting passion. if you have that in your life, continue to nurture that bond.

Enlightened Kombucha™ — I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about this ancient ‘elixir’ so I picked some up to try it myself after reading some of the alleged health benefits. Kombucha is a raw, living food that contains Enzymes + probiotics + detoxifiers. In traditional Chinese medicine, Kombucha has been prescribed to treat cancer, improve liver function and as a general cure-all for health many complaints. Now, I wouldn’t go stating it’s a ‘cure-all’ or miracle drink, but I have noticed a spike in my energy and intestinal health from just drinking this for a few days. It’s a fermented tea that sort of tastes like flavored beer or ginger ale lol! It’s pretty potent to the taste buds, but I like it! I’m going to continue trying this for the next few weeks to see what I think about it further. If you’re interested in trying it, please do your research first. Has anyone else tried it? If so, how did YOU feel about it?

in this moment;
inspired by the sensual summer rain in Los Angeles— ordered a bottle of Rosé champagne via the drizly app, delivered straight to my door, to take advantage of this exotic night. inexpressibly beautiful…

she was the perfect balance between danger and charm. there was a contagious magic about the way she spoke, making you believe anything was truly possible…

finally cut my long locks into a more wearable style for summer.
wearing: floral 2 piece set
shoes: nude strappy heels from @gojanedotcom (at The Grove)

#FITNESS: it means so much more than aesthetics. men want muscles but lift aimlessly… and you ladies think throwing on a waist trainer|corset belt for a ‘quick fix’ may give you that small waist and big ass, but it’s at the risk of hurting your bodies… how is your posture and overall musculoskeletal health? we as a society spend so much time on computers, smart phones, lead stressful lives—yet we still strive to create our ‘ideal body type’—but, unbeknownst to us, we’re only building further dysfunction. carpel tunnel syndrome, kyphotic posture, scoliosis, tense muscles, suffering from neck, back and leg pain… what good is aesthetics if you FEEL fucked up?
meet NASM certified personal trainer & wellness coach: @b_soulful. his passion is fitness for the MIND and BODY. he’s also my best friend and business partner, and we genuinely want to help YOU achieve your desired body. but in order to do that, you need great posture to recruit muscles properly to achieve your fitness goals, lose weight, and sculpt your body. If you’re suffering from stress, poor posture, or your body is in pain, it’s going to be difficult to build the body you want. @b_soulful could help create an ideal plan for you. please follow him for fitness tips, a free consultation, and innovative exercise routines that you could do at home!

so, i recently dislocated a rib (long story) and the discomfort is beginning to increase. can’t workout til I get doctor’s clearance, so pinot grigio and @wwe network has been keepin’ me company while i’m healin’ up. i can’t do too much of anything but rest, ‘restlessly’—(even tho i’m technically still doing way too much for my own good!) i’ve always been a huge #wwe fan since i was a kid and still get excited when it comes on ☺️ don’t judge me lol! any other wwe fans out there? despite being injured and sore, i still manage to try to get my ‘glam’ on lol! — that highlight tho! 😂😜💄💋
